In our initial meeting, we will discuss ideas for your project, budget, products, scope of work and timelines.

Next, I will provide a free estimate in 2-7 business days depending on the size of the project.

Together we work to choose products, scope and settle on a price. We sign contracts, get you a start date and line up the necessary steps to start the build process (permits, utilities locating, product ordering, subcontractor scheduling)

For most large projects the payment schedule looks like: 40% deposit, 40% after an agreed upon milestone (all rough in framing, plumbing and electrical passed inspection) and the remaining 20% payment comes due once the project is complete (passes final inspection, touch ups complete and we are all happy with the job)

Your space should remain functional. If we are working on a bathroom or kitchen, you can expect to have access to those areas once the work day has concluded. We understand that you have a family, a life, and that a remodel project shouldn’t mean you skip your healthy routines. We take functionality and dust control seriously. Expect having a reasonably useable kitchen and bathroom each morning/ evening. Expect cleanliness, expect professional communication, expect safety for you and your family.
