We found Jon and Black Dog Building Co. by word of mouth and are SO GRATEFUL. He renovated our entire basement down to the studs: I'm talking an entirely new layout including adding a bathroom, two bedrooms, wet bar, office, mechanical room, and game den. Black Dog Building Company Services

  • Jobs are estimated and billed according to the labor hours needed to complete a project. The rate is $85 an hour per employee on site with a 2 hour minimum. We charge a 14% markup on products and handle all sourcing, ordering and delivery. Costs are tracked in real time and always available to the customer. No guessing at what you pay for

  • We specialize in start to finish projects, taking on most all aspects of a job ourselves. We subcontract out Engineering, Drafting, Electrical, Plumbing, Concrete, Landscaping and some specialty/ larger job aspects. We have never left a job incomplete and are not satisfied until you are.

  • When you hire us at Black Dog Building Company, we take care of the entire construction process. We don’t leave you responsible for finding subcontractors, for making materials purchases, for cleaning up, for permitting applications. We take care of it all. This process can be confusing so let us help you start to finish.
